Guess Who am I : Revealed!

Can you guess whats this dish? its ingredients???

[UPDATE]: I am NOT an Omelet! I have a veggie burried beneath the egg layer.. Can u guess that???

Answer: "Cabbage Cutlet" (..recipe coming up on July 1st '08..)

....Yes, the veggie beneath it Cabbage..:)

Congrats Alka and Uma for getting it correct..! I know its a bit difficult to guess it right!

    I think that is a pouchd egg like thing or a baked egg with cheese and milk Iam having a lot in my mind some time it is looks like frittata any way I am waiting for recipe

  7. 'I' am a lot of calories if all that red on top of 'I' is tomato sauce. ;) But if you ask me to pick a veggie, I'd say red pepper if that sauce's the clue.
