Weekend Herb Blogging # 393 - The Roundup

Another exciting edition of WHB comes to an end and here are the entries I received in the past week. Do show them your love by visiting their blogs. Trust me, each one of the recipes will excite your taste buds and will make you hungry. :-)

Let's start with ...

It's been raining cats and dogs in our city since past few days and to beat the dull, gloomy weather all we need is a cuppa of this Soothing Lemongrass and Ginger Tea which Arundati posted as a monsoon special. Perfect timing. Isn't it?

This next recipe has all my favorite things - zucchini, walnuts and ricotta. What's not to love about it? Check out these Baby Zucchini and Walnut Scones sent by Simona

Kale Chips. baked. crunchy. spiced with curry powder. The very mention of it sounds so yum and delicious-o!. Check out the recipe by Life | Delicious

Here comes a simple, yet delectable Gazpacho recipe where Lucia makes use of the abundance of ripe tomatoes. Just whiz together the ingredients and Voila, there you have it. Ready in minutes.

Ask any south Indian what his/her favorite breakfast is, 90% of them will say  Idli. Its quintessential and here is a recipe of Instant Oats & Spinach idli by Preethi. It has all things green. It has all things good. :-)

There is nothing better, nothing sweeter than strawberries when in season. Right from scratch, DK made this beautiful looking Strawberry Galette. Do check out the step-by-step pictures as well.

In some parts of the world, it's hot summer while rest are experiencing rainy/snowy days. This Corn and Red Capsicum Relish recipe by Haalo is perfect for any time and for any season.

Finally, a recipe by yours truly. A Savory Vegetable Bread Pudding loaded with tons of vegetables, left over bread, eggs and cheese. Every bite is happiness and is an easy one-dish-meal.
