Voting for Royal Foodies Joust began!

You all know that I participated in the February's Royal Foodie Joust hosted by Jenn of 'The Left Over Queen'.

This month's 3 ingredients were - Eggplant, Lentils and Cinnamon.

..... and I made a yummy Lentil-Roasted Eggplant Loaf which you all liked and appreciated.

Now, the real challenge began.. Voting for this month's Joust began now and will last until 5th of February and the winner will have the opportunity to choose the 3 ingredients for the next month's Joust. :))
