How About a Titanium ToothBrush? – Toothpaste Not Needed

Wondering what’s this weird title all about – A Toothbrush without toothpaste Wow !, wondering why the metal titanium which is typically used to make propeller shafts and golf clubs tagged with our everyday toothbrush?.. Read on to know more..

One has a thin layer of titanium dioxide which does some plaque removing reaction and other has flexible titanium bristles that can last for years… Interested in the deal? But wait, you have lot more attached to that. The titanium needs some light to get activated and to start its job of fighting against the germs.
Hmmmmmm – wondering how?.. You could use something like a table lamp or something , shining INTO your mouth to get the thing started. awkward rite! But, who knows this may become a reality in a couple of years!!

Want some more details, about how this works.. here it is:

...Light shining on the titanium dioxide rod in the brush’s handle generates negatively charged electrons, which steal positively charged ions from dental plaque, causing oxidation. Brushing creates a slurry of negatively charged saliva, which attracts and decomposes plaque....

Interesting huh?

Check this and this websites which actually sell such ‘Light Activated Titanium coated toothbrushes’, one imported from Japan.
Want to buy one, Oh ! its starts at just 29.95$...:))

Some say its an amazing discovery in the dental field, while others say its just a hocus-pocus , whatever, I found this discovery or rather research I must say very interesting, so thought of sharing with you all through my post….:)

Don’t forget to drop a comment about how YOU feel about such a discovery and are YOU ready to go for it!..

Goodnite for now gurls and cya tomorrow!!
